In rare circumstances, some addresses may fall within "remote area", whereby DHL charges extra. We will let you know once we obtain your address from the order and check with DHL. If you wish to continue, we will send you a PayPal link to pay for the surcharge. If you wish to cancel, we will issue a full refund.

We use packaging which are biodegradable and 100% recyclable.
In case they find their way into the natural environment,
the mailers will break down into
carbon dioxide, water and biomass,
leaving zero waste behind.
FREE RETURNS
We gladly accept returns and exchanges:
- • Submitting the form below
- • Ship items back within 30 days of purchase.
- • After 30 days, we can’t offer refund or exchange and will offer store credit instead.
- • Item must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it (e.g. tagged brand card, with hanger, no missing parts etc).
- • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- • USA customers who ordered above $35 may request for one complimentary return label.
- • USA customers who ordered under $35 are responsible to pay for return shipping. We recommend USPS economical ground shipping.
- • International customers are responsible to pay for return shipping.
Because of the nature of these items, we can’t accept returns for:
- • Gift cards
- • Perishable goods such as food
- • Health and personal care items
- • Custom, altered or personalized orders
- • Final sales items, including "Doorbusters", "Clearance"
- • Costumes and themed clothing
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- • Items with obvious signs of use
- • Clothing with “brand tag” detached
- • Games that have been opened
- • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
REFUNDS
- • Once your return is received and inspected to be in original condition, your refund will be processed.
- • Once approved, credit will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a week.
- • All transactions (incl. foreign currency) are handled by the payment gateway.
- • We do not keep your credit card number and bank details.
- • Shipping fee incurred won't be refunded by carriers (USPS, DHL, etc).
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
FOREIGN CURRENCY
- • We do not know nor control currency conversion rate as it changes daily.
- • These are handled by the payment gateway automatically.
- • Because conversion rates fluctuate, the rate at the time of the payment is often different from the rate at the time of the refund.
- • As a result, the converted amount that you pay for the order usually doesn't equal the converted amount for your refund.
- • You can gain or lose money with refunds because of currency conversions.
- • Contact us if you get a loss due to currency conversion.
GIFTS
- • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
EXCHANGES
- • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- • Items may be exchanged for other styles, colors and sizes (subject to availability).
- • We process exchange fast within a week.
