We gladly accept returns and exchanges:

  • Contact us within 14 days of purchase
  • Ship items back within 30 days of purchase
  • If 30 days have gone by, we can’t offer a refund or exchange
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must also be in the original packaging

Because of the nature of these items, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods such as food
  • Health and personal care items
  • Custom, altered or personalized orders
  • FINAL SALES items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Clothing with “security tag” detached
  • Games that have been opened (card games, murder mystery, board games)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


  • Once your return is received and inspected to be in original condition, your refund will be processed.
  • Once approved, credit will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a week.
  • Shipping fee incurred won’t be refunded by carriers (USPS, DHL, etc).
  • All online transactions (including foreign currency) are handled by the payment gateway, we do not keep your credit card number and bank details.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Foreign Currency

  • We do not know the currency conversion rate used for your transaction as it changes daily and depending on banks.
  • These are handled by the payment gateway automatically.
  • Because currency conversion rates fluctuate, the rate at the time of the payment is often different from the rate at the time of the refund.
  • As a result, the converted amount that you pay for the order usually doesn’t equal the converted amount for your refund.
  • You can gain or lose money with refunds because of currency conversions. Contact us if you get a loss due to currency conversion.


  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Items may be exchanged for other styles, colors and sizes (subject to availability).
  • We process exchange fast within a week.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on your receipt card.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
